Strict Policy: OzSwap reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or permanently cancel any account found to be using aliases, fake phone numbers, or misleading data.

2. User Conduct

Users agree to act in good faith during swaps and sales. Harassment, "low-balling" giveaway items for resale, or misrepresenting the condition of items is prohibited.

3. Liability Disclaimer

OzSwap is a platform to facilitate connections. We do not take ownership of items listed. Users are responsible for inspecting items and ensuring safe meeting practices in public places.
